TICAD, Tokyo International Conference on African Development is starting tomorrow in Yokohama.
I’m hoping this will drive more Japanese people to keep their eyes on current and future of Africa, although Japanese government is not much open to public (NGOs, they’ve limited maximum number of attendees from non profit sectors, etc).
